PZ Cussons Plc is a FTSE 250 listed Consumer Products Group based in the UK, with operations in Africa, Asia and Europe.

Vacancy currently exists in the company for:

CATEGORY CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER
ALL BUSINESS UNITS – LAGOS

The successful candidate is required to:

ü  Identify category opportunities to maximize growth and potential by channel.

ü  Identify key growth drivers by channel and develop strategies across Assortment, Merchandising and promotion.

ü  Manage the annual and quarterly customer marketing process.

ü  Develop quarterly and monthly priorities by channel, communicate and track effectiveness.

ü  Post-evaluate all key events to improve ROI.

ü  Review effectiveness of channel RTM and make recommendations to improve performance and profitability.

ü  Develop channel specific NP solutions and plans.

ü  Make input to category S&OP volume planning.

ü  Demonstrate with colleagues, clients and suppliers habitual behaviours consistent with winning team principles.

THE PERSON:
The successful candidate must:

ü  Possess a University degree with a minimum of eight to ten (8–10) years work experience in an FMCG organisation.

ü  Be able to work with and influence cross-functional teams.

ü  Possess good analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.

ü  Be a computer expert especially in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

ü  Have excellent interpersonal skills.

ü  Posses a CAN DO attitude, exhibiting our core values – COURAGE, ACCOUNTABILITY, NETWORKING, DRIVE, ONENESS.
