Globacom (Glo) Nigeria – Vacancies for Program Coordinator & Sales Coordinator
Globacom Limited is Nigeria’s Second National Operator providing GSM, Fixed, Broadband and Gateway services with subsidiaries in Nigeria, Republic of Benin, Ghana and other West African countries.
The company needs capable professionals who can fill various positions in Glo 1 and Glo Gateway. The positions attract internationally competitive remuneration.
General Qualifications:
o Relevant university degrees are required for all positions
o For the technical positions, a degree in Electrical / Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering is preferred, while for non-technical positions, a degree in Economics, Marketing or Business related discipline is Preferred.
o Relevant post graduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage
1. PROGRAM COORDINATOR REF: PC
Experience
o 7 – 10 yrs experience in Program Management in a leading telecoms / ISP company
o Additional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and / or certifications from Cisco / Nortel / Avaya and Microsoft will be a key advantage.
Responsibilities
Include but not restricted to the following:
o Program management of end to end connectivity and commissioning of customer order to service acceptance for Glo 1 services.
o Coordinate with vendors for feasibility on internal or 3rd party last mile on radio / fiber solutions.
2. SALES MIS AND COORDINATION MANAGER REF: SMISM
Experience
o 6-9 yrs cognate experience in a leading telecoms / ISP company
Responsibilities
Include but not restricted to the following:
o Structure relevant sales data in terms of accounts lists, prospects, order details, collection details, site details, etc in relevant formats for Glo 1 services
o Prepare sales MIS formats.
