Globacom (Glo) Nigeria – Vacancies for Devpt Manager & Head - Customer Service
Globacom Limited is Nigeria’s Second National Operator providing GSM, Fixed, Broadband and Gateway services with subsidiaries in Nigeria, Republic of Benin, Ghana and other West African countries.
The company needs capable professionals who can fill various positions in Glo 1 and Glo Gateway. The positions attract internationally competitive remuneration.
General Qualifications:
o Relevant university degrees are required for all positions
o For the technical positions, a degree in Electrical / Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering is preferred, while for non-technical positions, a degree in Economics, Marketing or Business related discipline is Preferred.
o Relevant post graduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage
Vacancies available:
1. SALES TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REF: STDM
Experience
o 11 – 14 yrs sales experience out of which 3 – 4 yrs should be in training
Responsibilities
Include but not restricted to the following:
o Create an annual training calendar for the entire sales team
o Identify training needs at team levels.
o Identify and negotiate with training vendors.
2. HEAD, ENTERPRISE CUSTOMER SERVICE REF: HECS
Experience
o 8-12 yrs experience with at least 4 yrs relevant experience in a leading carrier and broadband company
Responsibilities
Include but not restricted to the following:
o Manage and guide the enterprise customer service team towards its objective of providing world class customer delight and experience with Glo 1.
o Evolve best practices by providing customers with service call support, billing query, grievance handling, etc
o Drive up-selling and cross-selling initiatives.
