Globacom (Glo) Nigeria – Vacancy for Legal Counsel
Globacom Limited is Nigeria’s Second National Operator providing GSM, Fixed, Broadband and Gateway services with subsidiaries in Nigeria, Republic of Benin, Ghana and other West African countries.
The company needs capable professionals who can fill various positions in Glo 1 and Glo Gateway. The positions attract internationally competitive remuneration.
LEGAL COUNSEL REF: LC
Qualifications
o Bachelor of Law Degree from a recognized university
o Call to Bar Certificate
o Post graduate degree will be an added advantage
Experience
o Minimum of 10 yrs post call to bar experience
o Experience in cross border transactions
o Experience in a multinational environment and / or taxation related issues would be an advantage
Responsibilities
Include but not restricted to the following:
o Draft various legal documents
o Design and document the purchase orders, MOU, SLAs etc for vendors and system integrators
