1. Job Title: Web Design Administrator

Ref:WDA 017

Job Description
• Design and maintain corporate and brand websites.
• Update websites with appropriate news of all corporate and brand events.
• Manage the organisation’s intranet as well as other online-based communication and operational applications.

Requirements
• A relevant degree or certification in related discipline.
• A minimum of two (2) years experience in website development and management
• Creative ability and inter-personal skills.
• Proven record of website design, execution and management.
• Good command of English both in spoken and written

Job Description
• Developing and achieving performance goals (long/short term) and objectives in order to achieve customer promise expectations.
• Manage and ensure resolution of customer complaint, and work towards non-repetition of the same issues based on quality of service and expected level of service.
• Measure the performance and acceptance of customer service delivery and implement change; to advance customer understanding and use of service and product.
• Follow up on every client that called in for support, re-opening unsatisfactorily resolved issues and monitor progress to a complete and satisfactory resolution.
• Present to management periodic statistics and report on total number of renewals, total number of reported problems, and total number of closed and pending issues.

Requirements
• A relevant degree in public or business administration or in human resources management.
• Minimum of 8yrs: (6) years working experience in customer service management or related activities.
• Outstanding diplomacy that will consistently produce win-win result for the customer and the company.
• Good knowledge of computer use as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to deal patiently with complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult people.
• Absolute passion for ensuring great customer service experience with every customer.
• Good leadership skills and ability to create ideas to ameliorate customer service standards.
