In furtherance of our growth strategy, we are seeking to hire well qualified and tested professionals to fill various vacancies in our sales and marketing department.
The Role: VSMR001 [Sales Representative]
- Develop and sustain new markets
- Implement and drive the Company's sales and marketing strategy with regards to vaccines and consumables.
- Increase the Company's market share within a pre determined time frame.
- Create awareness of key products from existing and new franchise partners.
- In collaboration with Customer Services, ensure that customer product feedback or information requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Periodically carryout market analysis with a view to aligning the organisation's Sales and Marketing strategy with current trends.
- Individually or as part of a larger team prepare bids and tenders as may be required from time to time in a timely and professional manner as well as represent the organisation in bids/tender processes.
- In collaboration with the customer service unit ensure that all quotations or tender request are appropriately logged in and out for efficient documentary purposes.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets as well as new customer acquisition targets.
- Ensure that all confirmed orders are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner. In addition, track and monitor all pending orders to ensure
Minimum Qualification and Competencies
- Minimum of second class lower division (2:2) preferably in the Biological Sciences or Pharmacy from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing of Vaccines and Medical Consumables.
- Specific experience of marketing and sales of endoscopy machines.
- Excellent computer skills i.e. Microsoft excel, power point and Microsoft word.
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- Self starter, with strong initiative and ability to work under pressure with minimal or no supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and must be able to build new relationships as well as service existing relationships.
- Excellent working knowledge of the dynamics and structure of the Vaccines and Medical Consumables market.
The Role: VSMDR002 [Dispatch Rider]
- Working knowledge of the various areas of Lagos.
- Ensure that all confirmed orders are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide feedback to the Company as to the requirements of customers.
- Provide logistics and operational support.
Minimum Qualification and Competencies
- Minimum of first school leaving certificate.
- Ability to read and write.
- Very good knowledge of Lagos metropolis.
- Valid bike driver's license
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills.
