Job Title: Telesales Representatives
Job Objective
The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers through the telephone in order to develop an effective pipeline of new business and to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- Self motivation and ability to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work under different shift schedule(day, night and weekend)
- Persistent and supportive attitude
- Excellent oral and written communicator able to interact with all levels of customers over the phone
Minimum qualification and Experience
A first degree in Business, Social Science or the Humanities from a reputable University with a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division) plus at least 3 years sales experience in an organisation with a proven record of success
