- OND/HND in Social Sciences or any related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
- Ability to manage mail and correspondence
- Must be computer literate with good oral and written English

Requirements
- SSCE, WASC, NECO, GCE or OND
- Minimum of 4 years driving experience
