Our Client, Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), established as a resolution vehicle/ stabilizing and revitalizing tool in the Nigerian economy is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for various positions.

Job Title: Performance Management & Compensation
• Provide services to employees to answer their benefit questions and resolve problems related to payment or access to benefits
• Maintain employee benefits data in automated human resources information systems
• Coordinate transfer of data to external vendors, plan providers, auditors and consultants
• Negotiate and contract with benefit plan providers, vendors and auditors for services, premiums and plan administration

Job Title: Training & Career Development
• Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training or labour relations activities
• Analyse training need to design employee development, language training and health/safety programmes

Job Title: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation
• Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs
• Develop, administer and evaluate applicant tests

Job Title: General Counsel
• Manage day to day operations of the Legal Dept
• Manage litigations for and against AMCON
• Interpret and communicate regulations
• Handle routine legal issues
• Prepare and maintain documentation
• Liaise with external legal service providers

Position Requirements
• Must have 10 to 15 years post call experience
Legal Officers
• To assist in the day to day operations of the legal dept
• Carry out other functions that may be assigned by the Head of Dept

Job Requirements
Team Heads
• Good University degree (second class) in relevant discipline and professional Banking qualification(s) or a post graduate degree (e.g. MBA)
• At least 8 years banking experience with a proven track record
• Proven team management, development and leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge in chosen area
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, organization, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Team Members
• Good University degree (second class) in relevant discipline and professional Banking qualification(s) or a post graduate degree (e.g. MBA)
• Minimum of 3 years banking experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge in chosen area
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
