Systems Administrator (Asst Manager- Dep Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting and maintaining computer software systems
- Install client/server applications and essential software patches then carry out any required maintenance of applications and identify compatibility issues
- Plans for and responds to service/system inventory outages and other computer problems
- Performing data backups, routine audits of systems and software
Qualifications, Qualities & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an information technology related field
- Preferred Certifications: Certified Database Administrator, Certified Network
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics will be an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience
Systems Engineer/Network Administrator (Asst Manager – Dep Manager)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, detect and resolve a wide range of PC, laptop, printer, peripheral, software faults and carry out upgrades and installs of new peripherals
- Give appropriate level of advice to users on compatibility of applications and hardware with existing systems
- Install and maintain standard network cabling or equipment and perform diagnostic checks on network equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and system software on the network and identify failing systems, suggesting solutions as appropriate
Qualifications, Qualities & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an information technology related field
- Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE); Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA); Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience
