Nigeria LNG Limited directly employs over 1,000 people. In addition, work is provided to thousands of others through various contracts and agreements.

The company seeks to engage class teachers for immediate Fixed Term Employment for an initial 5 year period with possible renewal, for the following positions.

Location: Bonny

Mathematics Teacher (Ref: HRP/2011/230

Discipline Requirements: Mathematics

Home Economics Teacher (Ref: HRP/2011/231

Discipline Requirements: Home Economics

Science Teacher (Ref: HRP/2011/229

Discipline Requirements: Any of the Sciences

Swimming Instructor (Ref: HRP/2011/242

Discipline Requirements:  Any Discipline

Other Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in an international School

  • Knowledge of International Primary Curriculum (IPC) (added advantage)

  • Not more than 40 years

  • Excellent Swimming Skills for Swimming Instructor and HUET/BOSSIET Certificate as added advantage

  • Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in swimming for Swimming Instructor only


The Job

The appointee will be required to teach the required subject based on the Nigerian Curriculum in an international setting and create a conducive learning environment within the classroom

The Duties

The duties for all class teachers will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare class work and teach pupils all assigned subjects

  • Inculcate sound moral character in the pupils

  • Prepare, issue and discuss pupils report with their parents
