Position: Community Capacity Building Advisor

Location: Abuja

The Community Capacity Building Advisor (CCBA) will provide overall direction in strengthening community systems for improved health and HIV service-delivery with particular focus on building capacity of CSOs and local traditional institutions to link and network with health facilities, LGA and other local institutions and resources. Take lead in the development of MSH Community Capacity Building strategy that links individuals, CBOs, CSOs, community leaders (traditional and faith-based) and local governments to constitute a network of community facilitators for improved health. In collaboration with staff of the community directorate and others, take responsibility for development and implementation of MSH community capacity development program maximizing the synergies between the community HIV care, treatment and prevention programs.
