Job Profile

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the receipt and issuing of commodities within a large warehouse and ensure accurate inventory control by implementing good warehousing practices. H/She will oversee the issuance of unpacked products from the warehouse to the production floor and also ensure strict compliance with the standard guidelines for proper storage of products taking cognisance of donors' requirements. H/She will be responsible for the safe keeping  of all warehouse documents and also carry out continous stock count of commodities, reconciling monthly stock count report to the inventory software. Finally, h/she will supervise loading and off loading of all incoming and outgoing trucks.

Qualifications / Experience:

Minimum Academic / Professional Qualifications required for the position:

  • Must have a first degree in any of the Management or Social Sciences

  • Must possess minimum three (3) years post NYSC working experience, one (1) of which must be in a similar function / capacity

  • Must have proven experience and strong skills in inventory management and administration

  • Must be computer literate with high proficiency in the Microsoft excel and Microsoft word packages

  • Must have hands-on awareness of the required scope of the needed work environment and the attendant equipment necessary for the job
