Job description

Deploy LAN/WAN and internet related equipments and projects. Configures, updates and backups of all LAN/WAN and internet equipments. Completing Service Requests and resolving Incidents received from Service Desk as per Operational Guidelines. Network equipment performance analysis to pro-actively prevent service interruptions. Production of internal Network and Security performance dashboards and reports. Security research and risk analysis to pro-actively ‘kill threats’. Issuing security alerts when required and implementing necessary shut-downs, rollbacks and workarounds. Initiate Problem and Change management, when required. Escalation of serious security threats or breaches to Infrastructure Management and Service Quality Assurance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • At least 2 years experience in Deploy LAN/WAN and internet related equipments and projects

  • At least 2 years experience in Completing Service Requests and resolving Incidents received from Service Desk


Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 3 years experience in Deploy LAN/WAN and internet related equipments and projects

  • At least 3 years experience in Completing Service Requests and resolving Incidents received from Service Desk
