Summary Job Description

• HR Executive, Retention is responsible for employee benefits, medical, payroll, training and performance management for all staff. The HR Executive’s job entails developing, advising and implementing policies including work practices, diversity, and employment pay conditions required by the Company to ensure the retention of staff

Qualifications and Experience

• BSc/HND in any social/environment science with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience


• A good knowledge of the Xceed HRIS and HR professional certification is an added advantage
