Job Title: OPERATIONS MANAGER / ADMINISTRATOR
QUALIFICATION: BA/BEng/Bsc/HND in any discipline (preferrably but not necessarily, a business related field), with at least 3years working experience in a similar position.
Professional certification in Project or Operations management would be an added advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- You'll manage and co-ordinate operations between the various departments.
- You'll be able to mobilize and implement operational procedures, including re-engineering the business process to meet with technological changes and/or best practices.
- You'll ensure that all operations meet the required quality standards.
- General office supervisory duties.
YOUR PERSONALITY:
To work in any of our units (amonst other qualities), you must have a dynamic & spontaneous personality with a can-do attitude, strong influencing skills, commercial awareness, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to details.
