Job Title: TECHNICAL MANAGER

QUALIFICATION: BEng/Bsc/HND ELECT/ELECT OR MECHANICAL ENG.

You need to have hands on practical knowledge of Embedded software applications and good knowledge of the use of test and measuring instruments (if you studied Elect or related courses). If you studied MECH, proficiency in autoCAD and the knowledge of CNC machines would be an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• You'll Supervise and manage a team of in house Engineers who provide advisory services to our numerous clients as well as develop both software and hardware products.


• You'll be required to train technical staff and implement safety procedures in a technical environment.


• You'll ensure that all operations meet the required quality standards.


• You'll be required to design and implement new operational procedures for the technical team (if required).

YOUR PERSONALITY:
To work in any of our units (amonst other qualities), you must have a dynamic & spontaneous personality with a can-do attitude, strong influencing skills, commercial awareness, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to details.
