Job Title: SALES MANAGER

QUALIFICATION: First Degree in any business related discipline.

You need to have at least 3years experience in sales and marketing with good understanding of product and service management. You will have leadership skills ( to lead a large team of sales personnel) with good understanding of market dynamics and also CRM (Customer Relationship Management). You'll also need to have good communications and strong interpersonal skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• You'll Manage a team of sales personnel (for both our Lagos & Abuja offices). This would involve the development of capacities, training and the management of sales targets.


• You'll supervise the management of our CRM structure , develop , improve and maintain a good business relationship with all the organisations' customers.


• You'll ensure that all sales operations meet the required quality standards.


• You'll be required to design and implement new operational procedures for the Sales team (if required).

YOUR PERSONALITY:
To work in any of our units (amonst other qualities), you must have a dynamic & spontaneous personality with a can-do attitude, strong influencing skills, commercial awareness, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to details.
