Job Title: Subsea Supervisor

Job description


  • Preparation, planning and optimisation, execution and follow up of subsea operations

  • Ensure delivery of safe and efficient solutions

  • Assist Well engineer(s) and superintendent as necessary to promote efficiency of operation

  • Supervise offshore Subsea operations as required

  • Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with HSE requirements and Company rules

  • Liaise with Well Engineering section for studies, engineering input and details required for preparation of completion programme, plans and contingencies

  • Maintain logistics planners and operational time planners

  • Coordinate necessary meetings between services companies and rig contractor

  • Supervise offshore Subsea preparation and operations – issue work instructions, load out lists, run lists, space outs

  • Perform post operational debriefs and prepare report of lessons learned / continual improvement

  • Assist in preparation of end of well report (Subsea section)



Requirements Subsea Supervisor





  • Qualification: Petroleum Industry Graduate to BSc level (or equivalent professional experience)

  • Professional Experience (number of years) : 8-10 years field experience in completion and subsea operation

  • Knowledge of company requirements and methodology relating to well completion design and practice.



Terms & Conditions Subsea Supervisor





  • For this position preference will be given to Nigerian Nationals. In case expatriate candidates are selected, it is a prerequisite he/she is tasked to mentor and train a Nigerian understudy.

  • 28:28 Rotation applies.
