Position: BAKERY MANAGER (NORTH)

The Job:
Advise end user bakeries on baking and baking best practices by identifying associated challenges and proffering possible solutions
Manage and supervise all the activities of the baking support officers to ensure that all bakeries in their assigned areas are visited regularly
Develop, manage and maintain a good relationship with all the commercial end users to ensure customers loyalty
Coordinate the periodic submission of field reports from Bakery support officers under his supervision
Handle customer complaints in line with approved company procedure
The person:
Good verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in Hausa language
Planning, organising and time management skills;
Interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation;
Shows initiative and reliability and is able to work in and lead a team
Knowledge of baking & baking skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Qualification:
B.Sc./HND in Food Technology, Home Economics, Nutrition & Dietetics, Catering & Hotel Management or any Science related course
5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ in a commercial Bakery environment
