Job Vacancy for Enterprise Applications / Business Process Manager

A leading integrated health care company situated at Lagos is looking for goal driven and motivational self-inspired persons to fill its prestige position.

Job Title: Enterprise Applications / Business Process Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the initial assessment, analysis, requirements, development, testing and implementation of incremental enhancements/change requests and other minor releases to our Core Insurance system.


• Project manage and perform the business systems analysis work associated with core Insurance change requests, projects, assessments and escalated issues.


• Work closely with the CEO, CIO and HODs, Group IT and the Systems vendor to ensure efforts are synchronized and coordinated as efficiently as possible. They will be responsible for managing assignments with a matrixed set of resources.


• Comprehend complex business requirements and translate the requirements to a functional system design document under the guidelines of a SDLC based framework.


• The candidate should have a good grasp of system/solution design and the skills to propose several alternatives in solving a problem.


• Solid written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills are mandatory, along with an orientation to detail and deadlines.


• Must be able to work in phases of systems analysis and data analysis. Communicate status, prioritizes requirements, influences and obtains approval for requirement documentation. Will be expected to guide and recommend process and system solutions to business owners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.


• 4+ years of experience in leading software development, implementation and administration teams in all aspects of the SDLC with a strong emphasis on Enterprise Application Architecture, Client Server, Web-based applications and Internet Systems architectures.


• 4+ years of experience in ERP applications administration - specialist knowledge, expertise and experience in implementing and maintaining enterprise applications (such as Oracle, SAP) and related applications architectures and platforms.


• 3+ years of experience in database administration - advanced knowledge, expertise and experience in managing relational databases and SQL Programming Language, Oracle RDBMS, DB2, SQL Server), Data Modeling, Data Warehouses, Single-Sign-On.
