Job Vacancy for Key Account Manager at an ICT firm

A reputable ICT / consulting firm needs the services of a qualified candidate for this position of a Key Accounts Manager

Job Title: Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing key business accounts and prospect for new ones.

  • Manage client relationship (face of the company at client end). Manage stakeholders (internal and external).

  • Understand and anticipate client’s existing and future needs.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction on deliverable by working in close relationship with the

  • implementation team.

  • Business development – originate new ways to grow the business.

  • Carry out budget analysis and set business metrics.

  • Product knowledge – understand key products and services of the company.

  • Client visit for business prospecting, follow-up and customer feedback.

  • Preparation of bids, proposal and tenders.

  • Develop plan for key areas of the company’s business.

  • Ensure issuance of PO at award of project and signing of necessary acceptance

  • document at completion.

  • Manage key stakeholders from client end.

  • Perform annual and bi-annual budget analysis and review.

  • Carry out market research and analysis/ Marketing intelligence.

  • Ensure cost control by working with project office.

  • Bridge relationship between client and relevant personnel within the organization

  • (especially Finance and Project Office).


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of B.Sc. in Engineering, Mathematical Science, Marketing or any related discipline

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the Telecoms Industry

  • Good Knowledge of the Telecoms Operators and Vendors Operation

  • Willingness to relocate outside Nigeria

  • Good Presentation skills

  • Must possess good Relationship Management Skills

  • Must possess Business Analysis Skills

  • Good Marketing Skills
