Job Vacancy for Sales Supervisor at a Renowned Jewellery Store in Lagos

An exclusive jewelry store that stocks an array of unique hand-made beads and accessories that is creatively made from precious and semi-precious stones such as Fresh-Water pearls, Cultured Pearls, Czechoslovakian Crystals, Coral, etc. seeks to recruit a highly skilled professional to fill this position.

Job Title: ShopFloor Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Attend to the customers (VIPs and High Net-worth Individuals) on the shop floor, and make sales of Jewelry products such as beaded jewelry, pearls, crystal jewelry, gemstone, etc.


• Making follow-up calls and office/home client-visits to close sales transactions.


• Ensuring that minimum sales targets as agreed are achieved.


• Ensuring daily capturing of sales on the PC and sales software (assisted by the store clerk).


• Products inventory control and management.


• Any other duties as may arise in the course of business.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Marketing or any related discipline


• Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience


• Preferably a married female candidate


• Must always have a pleasant, courteous, and cheerful disposition to customers and partners.


• Must always be polite and respectful to customers and partners.


• Must be matured in her approach to work and customers.


• Experience with shop floor sales, or other direct marketing/sales of product to customers.


• Reasonable knowledge of jewelries.


• Computer literate. Ability to use office sales software, and to create Sales and Product reports in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
