The specific objectives of its program are to:
- Strengthen capacity of domestic observers and party agents to monitor national and state elections.
- Enhance the democratic role of and use of new and traditional media in the political process.
- To promote stakeholder dialogues on the electoral process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Country Director with the management of all day-to-day operations, such as ensuring all required office supplies and equipment are in stock
- Ensure organization meets all reporting requirements of the government, including the Federal Inland Revenue Service, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Labour
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory in line with the organization's policies.
- Maintain a staff leave and travel calendar
- Perform other office management responsibilities similar in scope
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position preferably with an international organization or project
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Familiarity with international travel arrangements
- Demonstrate integrity and transparency
